Michael T. Rooney is the founding principal of MDG Design + Construction. Michael is best known for working with local community groups and building owners to find innovative ways to develop, finance and rehabilitate residential real estate in emerging communities.

Nicola DeAcetis, AIA is the principal in charge of Design and Construction for MDG. In this capacity, Nicola has become highly regarded in the industry for his expertise and creativity to solve difficult construction issues saving both time and money for MDG's clients.

Matthew Rooney is the Chief Executive Officer of MDG Design + Construction. Matthew joined MDG in 2015 and has since helped the company nearly double in size from its prior 25-year history through strategic planning with the goal of sustainable growth. He is involved in every aspect of MDG from construction to development both in the office and in the field.

FREDERICK J. CAMERATA
Frederick J. Camerata is the Chief Operating Officer of The Wavecrest Management Team Ltd. He has been involved in guiding every aspect of Wavecrest since its inception, and with Robert E. Drummond and Susan Camerata, has played a major role in improving low and middle income properties.
SUSAN L. CAMERATA
Susan L. Camerata is the Chief Financial Officer of Wavecrest Management. She is a licensed real estate broker with over 30 years of real estate accounting and administrative experience. Susan is also a founding member and a current board member of the New York Affordable Housing Management Association.
JOSEPH M. CAMERATA
Joseph M. Camerata is the Vice President of Wavecrest Management. He joined Wavecrest in 2011 and currently oversees the collections and re-rental departments. In addition, he provides supervision to building managers and the tenant repairs department. Joey is also a member of the junior board of Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New York.
